The Wine Diplomat worked with the House to select several years of Bruno Paillard's “Première Cuvée” champagne, with the aim of demonstrating the aromatic evolution of champagne after disgorging.

Five bottles in the case, disgorged:
- 2024, “Première Cuvée”
- ⁠2021, “Cuvée 72”

And three that are part of the “Anciens Dégorgements” range, which is not open to the public. This is the first time they have released so many at once:
- 2017 disgorgement
- ⁠2014 disgorgement
- ⁠2011 disgorgement

All have been stored at the estate since they were disgorged.
The bottles come in a magnificent case made from 100% French wood by Tonnellerie de Champagne.

There will also be a link to a video by Alice Paillard explaining each of the disgorgements. The idea is to create an experience via an educational journey for 4/5/6 people to open the 5 bottles side by side on the same evening, share the aromatic evolution of the champagne, and discover what each person prefers.
